It's time to get permits. This process was very painful, long and drawn out process, but then again, we are dealing with the government. Thousands of dollars later we now have 4 permits. One for a home site, a garage, a septic system and electric. Let's not forget about the one time fee for bla, bla, bla that they tack on too.
