New Member of the Family

We decided it was time to open our home to another dog! This is Jenna J. Her dad is Anatolian Shepherd and her mom is 1/2 German Shepherd, 1/2 Rott. She is going to be big!

She is Jason and Sydney's dog. ;)

Change......

A lot of changes in the past few months.

On February 3rd, we had Odie and Bijou put to sleep. As most of you know, Bijou has been deaf for quite some time and recently blind. Her quality of life (besides the obvious) was great. She was carried everywhere and babied. What more could a dog want! Odie recently started loosing his bowls. He also started loosing his back hips and would tumble and fall down the stairs quite often. It was painful to watch. It was the most heart wrenching decision I've ever had to make as far as putting them down. Which one do you pick--both. The vet came out and within 20 mintues they went to Rainbow Bridge. :)

Finally..............

I know, it's February 7th and I'm just now able to sit down and post! In between moving in, unpacking all the boxes and getting things in order, I can finally say we are IN!!! I have only a few rooms done so I'll post what I have and we'll go from there.

It's Friday.....

......and with it comes some great news!!!

The tape/texturing is done! The interior painting is done and the carpet is in!!! We do have one little set back--the water won't be on until Monday but.....they have given us the option to have our final walk-through tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am! Then we can move in! Isn't that exciting?!
